Shipping

We ship via USPS Priority Mail for all orders, which takes 3-5 days within the U.S. You will receive a tracking number from USPS directly when your order ships from the studio. Orders ship from our Austin studio twice a week.

For international orders, we ship to Australia, Belarus, Canada, Czech Republic, China, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Russia, and the United Kingdom. If you'd like us to ship elsewhere, please email us for a quote.

If you'd like to expedite your shipping or add delivery confirmation, please contact us prior to placing your order. All orders are packaged with the utmost care to make sure they arrive to you safe and in a timely manner.
 

 

EXCHANGES

Because Canoe products are handmade, we cannot accept returns on our merchandise. We do accept exchanges for store credit. We want your order to bring a smile to your face, so please contact us if you have any concerns and we'll do our best to set things right.

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
